I just wanted to drop you an email (to managing broker) to make you aware of the experience I had with one of your sales reps out of the Mequon office. We met for an initial consultation, and quite honestly….I was extremely impressed by him! He was so very personable, professional, and energetic….and I know…that in itself should not surprise you…after all he is a salesperson, right? But it goes further than that. Realtors have pretty much been on the “gravy train” for the past 5 years because the market has been so great. Really, they pretty much take a listing, send out some letters…do a few opens and the house gets sold. AS you know, times have CHANGED! The market is extremely different now…and the only people who will be successful….are the ones who are aggressive and actually (sit down for this one) WORK for the sale. Tom not only has a great company behind him with a great program…but in addition he has at least another dozen marketing tactics that he has come up with on his own which sets him apart from your competition.
